What this website collects

When you send a service request, this website collects the information you enter: the service you need, your ZIP code, a description of the project, the property type and timing preference if you provide them, your name, your preferred contact method and the phone number or email address needed for that method.

If you leave a review, the website collects your rating, the text, your name and, if you provide them, your city, the service you received and a phone number or email. That contact detail is only used so RMG can confirm the review is yours, and it is never published.

The website does not require an account, password or payment. It does not use a chatbot or marketing subscriptions.

WhatsApp and phone calls

The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with RMG ELECTRIC LLC's number in the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web, with an opening message you can change before sending. This website does not receive or store those messages: the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a Meta service, under its own terms and privacy policy. The call button opens the phone app on your device.

The credit link in the footer opens the WhatsApp of OBI USA LLC, the company that built this website; it is not an RMG customer service channel.

How the information is used

The information is used only to review your request and contact you about it. It is delivered to RMG ELECTRIC LLC by email or by a secure notification service configured for this purpose.

Reviews are delivered to RMG the same way. Only reviews that RMG has checked, and whose author gave authorization in the form, are published on this website with the name and city provided. You can ask for your review to be removed at any time.

It is not sold, shared with advertisers or used for marketing lists.

Measurement and cookies

Analytics are currently disabled on this website. If they are enabled in the future, only anonymous events (such as a form step being completed) will be measured, never names, phone numbers, emails, ZIP codes or project descriptions. This section will be updated before any analytics tool is activated.

The website stores a temporary copy of an unfinished request form in your browser so you don't lose it if the page reloads. It is deleted when the request is sent and never leaves your device.

Retention and your choices

Requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if a job follows, for normal business records. You can ask RMG ELECTRIC LLC to correct or delete your information by contacting the business through the contact details on this website.
